We met in this beautifully renovated Murray Hill house full of character and love, new home for this little boy! Fireplace on, snuggles on the living room couch, charming wicker bassinet in the bedroom and parents watching adorable yawns from the comfort of their bed…
So calm and snuggly…
It reminds me those first couple weeks of adjusting to my own babies, trying new routines, listening to my heart and mother instinct.
That’s the reason why I love at home newborn sessions so much! No stress, just you and your safe surrounding and me capturing your everyday with my camera.
I cherish shooting baby and family newborn session where their everyday life happens. It allows me to capture so many pure moments and reality of life, that I know parents will treasure and look back on for years to come.
There isn’t one favorite frame from that newborn session! There are too many of them to appreciate! I think I have tens of father and son images itself! Choosing one is impossible! Split second later and moment is complete different. Can you have too many images of new dad and his baby boy? I don’t believe you can.
And then I noticed light filtering through mom’s hair while she was checking on napping baby and all you can hear is a shutter of the camera. Magic of parenthood frozen in hundreds of photographs.
